Sabindi on July 4, 2006Hi Romantic Zev, Yes, it is a pity that Individuality was so miffed, as you put it, for not placing in my contest and only recieving an HM. I find it incredibly strange that someone can get so angry about something that was supposed to be a lot of lighthearted fun and a bit of a challenge. Anyway, I feel that I judged this contest as fairly as I could and besides, I had some help from Mecury Rising, who also would have only given this poet an HM. Criticize my occasional slip of not capitolizing proper nouns, and maybe even a typo or two if it makes you feel better. Don't ever criticize my drug habit. I've been through things that obviously you weren't ever exposed to. I've seen death and hatred and addiction destroy the strongest souls.Marijuana has been around for years and years, and Poe was a cokehead if I ever saw one. Some of the best inspiration, motivation, and clarification comes form revelations that can only be phathomed when you open your mind to hidden planes of spirtiuality. Over coming an addiction makes the for the strongest people where there was once nothing but wasted potential. Besides, and addiction to any substance is no worse than a dependecy on religion, or your evident power complex.

You should have critiqued on the style the poem was written, the rhyming, the rhthym, then I would not have gotten upset. But when you knock me because of what I am writing about, well then your oppinons are better kept to yourself. So unless you have some constructive criticism and not some excuse to knock those kinds of people then I don't need you to comment on my work. Thank you and have a great day!!
