  The Band doesn't sound too bad, I enjoy your music taste and you're right, sometimes you gotta take a break from the heavy stuff (Have been doing so lately)
  I'll be sure to fill you in on all the happenings in my world and if you don't come online soon it'll be emailed your way but it would be nice to have a bit of a chat anyway, maybe some of your wisdom etc will rub off on me.
  Anyway, that's all for now I have the next several hours packed with things to do.

  Hey I don't know if you'd be into it, and I'm probably biased because I'm from NZ (which because of this I'm going to start refering to as Aotearoa) but you should get hold of an album I just discovered called Home, Land and Sea by a band who recently broke up called Trinity Roots.
  But then, I know how you love your metal, so you might even loathe this, I still think you should give it a go, we've all gotta chill out some time, especially at the worst of times, we need to take the time to reassess everything that's going on around us, and it's music like this that can help with just that sort of thing.
  I don't know what's going on with you at the moment, but don't apologise for it again. You've every right to feel however the fuck you feel whenever the fuck you feel it.
  There's some pretty fucked up shit happening in my world at the moment, well... my flatmates world, but I'm caught in the middle, and I'm of little comfort to her, but I can offer you the same as I can to her, the age old cheese of a listening ear. I'm just not too good at finding the right things to say, but if you want to vent your shit, don't hesitate to email me at bonhamrip@hotmail.com
