    I lost my baby Wolfie I called him , though his name was Yukon . 80 percent wolf he was 10 years old. so happy to see me he ran out under the wheels of my truck. never had he done that before. Wolves are taken and bottle fed so they will not be too timid around people.. I guess you know that. Oh what a loving wonderful creature he was. I will never have another because another could not take his place. He was always with me when I went camping by myself horseback riding. I was never afraid. Wolves are rare and wonderful he was like a happy go lucky butterfly is how I describe him a gentle giant. though he did kill things in nature. It was his instinct. In fact he would bring down baby deer, my baby foals too if I were not careful. He wanted to be a small dog and live in the house with me he really did it was funny like my Cocker spaniel and two other dogs. I miss him so much it hurts every day. you are so right wolves are to be cherished they are unique and wonderful. So many laws against having them though even in the country now so many miles from a school from churches... they are less likely to hurt people than many many types of dogs.... you delete this lol I got carried away I just though you would like to know about my beautiful Wolfie. your page is beautiful.
