Develon on December 16, 2002Thank you for everything you have written about my work. Its been hard to get a reply to you through all these glitches. I'll write you again after i read some more of your work. I really like what you said to me about seeing some qualities you respect in a young person. I would really like for you to see my latest poem, the youth and i, its funny that i think that ties into your comment and i wrote it directly before i read what you wrote. life is funnny like that. When i first started writing, i used to rhyme all the time, but i felt it gave my poems a really cheesy quality so i agree that not everyone can do it and pull it off, it must be a gift. i wouldn't mind showing you some of my rhyming poetry after i get this whole mess fixed and i can post on here.

ecologist on October 26, 2001I want to say thank you :) --- no need to worry about the hip waders though :) my specialization was terretrial (I study plants and how people interact with them (big smile)) and while I occasionally used waders :) they were not part of my required clothing -- regarding the poem whenever I try to write from another perspective I try to put myself in their position in order to see the images from their eyes. thnx
