Yeah, TooManyDemons, I'm going to remove that until our site is back on-line. lol, sorry about the tease! It is a site that another friend and I have developed, and due to technical difficulties and time contraints, we have not been able to do the necessary things to get it back up and running. All in due time...
    Peace

Well thanks, and welcome to you too! The snow missed my area, landing south of here. Bummed me out because I have only used the snowblower once this season.
    Thanks for stopping by!
    Peace

I love your style, and your optimism. There aren't a lot of people who are so kind, as you have been kind to me. I enjoy your poetry, honestly and sincerely. Keep it up, my dear friend.

Thanks for the clarification, Cosmic! I don't believe everything I read anyway, thus it was just an experiment. But I Am glad that it is untrue, what with that freedom of speech thing being somewhat important!

Hey Doug... they ammended the so called elimination of curse words on author pages. Comments were never included in that earlier so called censorship anyway... it was author page content rather... supposed to have a G rating for all audiences since you couldn't put an adult tag on it to be read by adults only like you can your writes. They relaxed it to something similar to a PG13 rating scale and most 13 year olds can be heard saying the F word more than adults unfortunately. Either way... if it was in your author info it might be censored... but not in your comments babe.... unless... someone bitched about it. When someone bitches about something... all kinds of shift happens.. lol

Yeah, it's funny. And I don't know if it really is a new policy, since I don't believe everything I read. But I am putting it to the test, as i say... I'll keep you informed of any new developments! lol

Ha Ha! That's good thinking, I wonder what they'll think if they find it, cause surely they will feel kinda stupid. But thanks for informing me about this because I didn't know about that new policy.
  • Watuwant on March 16, 2005
Well, I'm not sure if they exist, but I was reading a post in the featured column yesterday, and in the comments it was mentioned by a moderator that swear words were being deleted from home pages, a new rule going into effect. So i thought I'd put it to the test and write the word fuck here on mine. Thus far, no nazis! lol
  • Amygdala the Tramp on March 16, 2005
Just out of curiosity, Doug, who are the homepage Nazis?
  • Watuwant on March 15, 2005
Jessi, you are more than welcome, and the pleasure was all mine. I'll certainly be back to your site, for more, and undoubtedly we'll continue on these conversations!
    Peace

Thanks for all your wonderful comments on my poetry. It makes me want to write more knowing I have great remarks form someone with as much talent as you. You have a very rare gift, and I hope you hold on to it. It'd be a shame to let all of your brillantness go to waste.

Hey there! I was going through my poems today and reading through some of my old feedback and for the first time noticed just how many times you'd commented on one of my poems and was suddenly struck by the thought that I may never have thanked you enough for it. So: THANK YOU. You comments are appreciated very much. Take care & God bless, Sim.

I got a silver for 6 months, I believe, to give it a shot and see what I thought! I'll reconsider after that, but figured I may as well help out financially on the site since I'd be utilizing it. So far, it has not disappointed!
  • Smegerson on February 24, 2005

Indeed it is a small world. My condolences for your brother and thank you much for the uplifting words!

Oh, Doug. We have even more in common. My brother passed away in July of 2003 just 10 days short of his 58th birthday. He was my only sibling. I love the poem you wrote for David: it is quite beautiful and beautifully crafted. Indeed, God has given you more than just a drop of His infinite talent.

Now, I shall read another of your pieces.

    Love and hugs, B♥nnieQ
