  one thing ive noticed is that whenever i write, im constantly pulling out my pocket thesaurus to try and find other ways of saying common words. try to rent or go buy the movie Dead Poet Society if you havent seen it. its the most inspirational movie about poetry ive seen. and not saying that you write like this, but a lot of poets out there are all blending together. like they all write the same, cover the same topics in the same manner and so on. dont just be another brink in the wall ya know?
