Your author page holds many quotes of wisdom. Steinbeck and Adams are two fantastic authors among all of these familiar names and their quotes.

'It's amazing I won. I was running against peace, prosperity and incumbency.'
    - George W. Bush, June 14, 2001. (Speaking to Swedish Prime Minister Goran Perrson, unaware that a live television camera was still rolling) HAHA i thought that was funny
Your poetry is great by the way! And you have some very nice quotes
  • Thoughtcrime on August 19, 2005
Cheers! Very nice of you to say so.
  • PseudoNymph on August 19, 2005
I am very impressed by just the author's page. Now, on to the meat of the matter. I shall read your poetry. You are very young (relative to my more than half a century)....wonder how you accumulated so much wisdom in such a brief time. It took me longer to get as far on the path. I think you must be very remarkable. Let's see.
  • Thoughtcrime on August 19, 2005

thank you for the great comment
  • Thoughtcrime on August 1, 2005
Thanks alot, yes arguing is FUTILE!!!! (for now anyway). Cheers, that's some nice complimenting (I think) anyway Thankyou Ashley.
  • Thoughtcrime on August 1, 2005
Yeah, that's one example of a neverending argument. Well for now I'm sick of arguing too, it causes too much conflict right at the moment, seen as I'm always arguing with my sister, and it can just swallow you up in a big cycle of pointlessness.
  • marsinlovee on August 1, 2005
hehe, i was looking through the Calling all britts group, and i found it said you wher half dutch! i lived there for 9 years and love it so much, and im 1/4 dutch
srry just popping by with my annoying little remarks and comments
  • Twisted Logic on July 28, 2005
You know. You have one of the most complicated minds I have ever encountered. Its quiet intriguing, yet strange and weird...
Oh well.I still think arguing over politics and religion is fruitless. (I wont say futile, because you'll bring up the whole, space thing.)
    Ashley
  • Twisted Logic on July 28, 2005
I am sick of arguing,I never lose one,at least not one thats worth while. Its like arguing about abortion, there are so many diffent opionins,no one will ever agree, and yeah,I argue what means something to me,politics is not one, hope your doing well, have a nice day,and a great blasted sunny life.
  • Thoughtcrime on July 28, 2005
Do you back out of an argument just because you have a different opinion? Its worth debating or people with dark intentions can have their will over the populace at large.
  • Thoughtcrime on July 28, 2005
    pretty political Nazi?
  • Twisted Logic on July 27, 2005
Any one that can beat out "Why do they always send the poor? Why dont the presidents fight the war?Why do they always send the poor? Why do they always send the poor?"
Then theyre pretty political nazi. Politics are a waste of an argument. No one wil win. Same as religion. Every one has a diffrent opinion,so we'll never agree. Every one needs to agreed to disagree.Because no one is gonna get over it.
  • Thoughtcrime on July 27, 2005
They're also very pseudo-political lyrics, taking the obvious, somewhat cliche Iraq theme, though I suppose it can't be as bad as Green Day with the whole 'sieg heil to the president gas man' chanting. - Worst political lyrics ever!
  • Thoughtcrime on July 27, 2005
Yeah but The Metro isn't suppost to be political, just a very nice description based lyrics, played to some punk-rock-esque chords, nice song. Anyway I know they have a much stronger political leneance elsewhere, particularly on the first album, and continued throughout. I think they could write better political lyrics than BYOB to be honest.
  • Twisted Logic on July 27, 2005
    Oh gee.I didnt spell check.
By the way,SOAD has a lot more political songs than then one above.I think BYOB is fa rmore political.
  • Thoughtcrime on July 27, 2005
yeah, that is true. It contains absolutely no information about me, I just list Poems I like, Song Lyrics I like and Quotes I like.
  • Thathom on July 27, 2005
Just thought I'd leave my mark.
    (urinates up a wall).

    Wehay, badum tssk.
I'm gonna be honest and say I didn't read anything on your profile as there was too much. It even took me 14 seconds to scroll passed it
  • Thoughtcrime on July 25, 2005
You spelt tonight wrong. Heh heh.
  • Thoughtcrime on July 25, 2005
Aghhhhhh - Zach de la Rocha is great.
  • Twisted Logic on July 24, 2005
    Great.Im bored now,and tired,and when I get home tonite,Ill clean for hours...
  • Rage Of The Machine on July 24, 2005

  • Saoirse on July 19, 2005
yes, "re-learn" lol because its "un-learning" thats hard
  • Thoughtcrime on July 19, 2005
Re-learn that mathematics in a typically non-Oceania fashion.
  • Saoirse on July 19, 2005
nice lol its funny, after reading the book, i automatically say "2+2=5" without thinking about it... ill have to *fix* that before school starts again lol
  • Thoughtcrime on July 19, 2005
Cheers, nice someone else likes 1984 too. I writen two pieces based on 1984, though I doubt it would compare to Orwell's work. By teh way 2 + 2 also = 5, when the value of two is taken as 2.4 and rounded up.
  • Saoirse on July 19, 2005
OH FREAKING YES!!!!! i dont mean to scare you, but "2+2=5" and freedom is the freedom to say "2+2=4" i absolutely love that book and your name caught my attention. *relishes in having found a fellow thinker* have a nice day : )

In response to your comments to my poem "The Feminist Womanifesto": 1) I'm a liberal feminist, (I guess) 2)Madonna, Britney Spears, as well as porn star Jenna Jameson and harpy-like Apprentice runner-up aren't necessarily dignified, but in their own way, they each made history, and are all definitely to some extent or another unladylike by traditional standards. Please feel free to read more of my stuff.-Curtis Meyer
  • Thoughtcrime on July 8, 2005
The idea can be fun for a while, but when people reply it can get tiresome. I guess people aren't as non responcive as they used to be. Oh well it can be fun.
  • Twisted Logic on July 8, 2005
You missed a comma...hahaha,and block me because you arent the only 9 yer old who thinks she's Einstein. This is the internet,I'm sure I can find some one else to bother.
  • Twisted Logic on July 8, 2005
I wasn't arguing on your behalf.I just like getting beneath peoples skin, being as sarcastic, and politically correct, and acting like I know what the hell I'm talking about as possible.Simply because it annoys every one to hell.Censorship is meaningless. People on the internet entertain me...

    Ashley
  • Thoughtcrime on July 8, 2005
Oi, blocking wasn't in our agreement. Why have you gone against the terms of the peace treaty. THIS MEANS WAR!!!!!!!!!! (sic)
  • Thoughtcrime on July 8, 2005
Don't block people, that's like censorship.

Please don't bother arguing on my behalf. This has gone on long enough. I guess I am partially to blame due to me commenting on all of 'Motivator's' poems, negatively and offencively, though I wasn't being entirely serious and he couldn't take a joke, even though he himself insults other pages in a jokey manner. He launched a contest called 'Bring it on ass-hole' so I complied, only instead of insulting him in a poem, I thought I would do it on his poems. Well after that he got annoyed, called a moderator, I got a telling off, and then later this girl here came to have a big shout at me. So to each thing she posted I replied, trying to be as sarcastic as possible to each one, which got her annoyed, and it went on and on and on, and I was insulting her as I went (not seriously though). Then she decided to ask her friend to join, and then I got even more people shouting at me. Though I explained the situation to her, and she stopped. Then I made a truce with the other one. So its over now, no need, finished, das ist fireabent, Fin.
