    I was over on TaBouTreasures, and I was wondering... you wouldn't happen to have an ankle clasp (can't think of the name, dang it) ... with the deep emerald coloured stones (the new 'green' for emerald is cheesy looking), or even turquoise? Or would a larger wrist bangle do?

    So...took the kids to see Happy Feet yesterday, and one of the 'trailers' was Charlotte's Web....the new one, with real people, real animals, and a real spider. Most times, it was computer generated, but they show it 'talking', which needed a close-up of the face. ICK! Kids asked if we could see it, and I told them "I don't think so." ...um, NO. ICK!

    So, I get el Divorco papers in the mail, and the court date was July 18 in Vernon BC..... with 31 days wait afterwards, and BOOM, BABY!, I'm an official single chicklet on Aug 18.

    Wonder if I can find some people to go party with....most will be tapped out, since my sister is getting married on the 26th....hmmm...maybe I'll just get a sitter for the kids, then go spend a couple hours at Tim Hortons, scarfing down chocolate-caramel-pecan cookies and drinking heartburn inducing

    So you don't have to go to court or anything? I had to go to court, even though the ex did not show up, I had to stand in front of the judge (with my lawyer) and read this thing, then she (the judge) stamped my divorce decree and I was outta there!

    Apparently it takes 31 days to get the certificate... silly Canuck laws....

    My youngest sister is getting married on the 26th, so I won't have the $$ for a big party, but I'm thinking of getting myself a little bauble to hang on my arm.... around 26, tall, dark and handsome

    I hope everything goes ok with the kids when "daddy" gets there. Yes it does make sense having them in your house. But um...you gonna let "them" sleep in your room?? (maybe lay some old sheets down on the bed that you can burn afterwards)

    You chenged your name Cool....gonna change it to Tanya eventually?

    He hasn't seen the kids since May 2002. They know him through pictures and phone calls, but I can bet it will be a little tense at first (one of the reasons I want to be around, and also have the kids in a familiar environment). Plus, the 'my house, my rules' thing come in to effect.

    Guess who is coming on June 23 - 29 with their girlfriend and her daughter to see his kids? Guess who will be staying at my place during that time, while I stay at my sister's, but close enough to completely be there for the kids.

    Awww I love lilacs! I used to have a lilac bush in my backyard in my old house back in the motherland. Do you have a vase with a long neck? Maybe that will help hold them up.
