sorry i didn't get back to you on the comment you sent me... but um it depends on the person if that person wants to stop then yes they have the ability to stop but it is very hard i have tried to stop and never succeded so i've decided to give up and stay the way i am... if your friend dose have this problem and you care about her/him then you should sit down with your friend and talk to her/him i have no say in if she/he can stop because i do not kno it is up to that person... like i said for me i tried it was to hard so i stoped trying to quit my habit...
