John Thorne on March 28, 2005Well, sometime, if you're not too busy, I have a suggestion. You might like it, or you might not. Long story. Contact me for details if you're interested in going to a little cafe here in Kenosha to read some of our poetry to other fans of the writing world. Please, keep in touch. And if you're feeling daring about reading something--or you just have nothing better to do, I suggest you read my DIE-ary series I'm working on. However, to get the FULL efect of entry one--what I REALLY wanted it to sound like toward the end is summed up in a poem called "Love Is Nothing" See, the character I created is just like me. It is basically my life carried to extremes. Long story short, read it. Here's hoping our paths might someday cross. Keep writing, as it does the soul good. And never stop the power of the pen.

I know the feeling. I've personally been addicted to sugar for a fair deal of years, so...... I'm not so hyper anymore. (What I don't know is how I manage to keep my weight down!)
