  God smiles on those who have Him on their mind.
  He is come to release them from the bind
  That Satan wishes he could ever hold.
  Under angels wings we are in the fold.
  
  Blessed be the one that forever declares;
  That they are His wheat and not wild grown tares.
  If we but settle ourselves, quiet, still...
  There are miracles He has to reveal.
  
  Everyday reconnect with the Master.
  Let your day be filled with joy and laughter.
  Of this life each moment we must savor.
  Be assured that you are in His favor.
  
  For the awesome God that He is ever.
  Will never leave or forsake, not ever.

  thanks! It gets hard to enjoy my birthday because I was so use to her being there! and though i know she is there in spirit it isnt the same as her being there! Nothing is the same with out her. I am getting married and she wont be able to see me get married... She didnt see me graduate high school, she wont see me graduate college, she wont see me turn 21. So much is just differnet with out her! I barely like to celebrate my birthday!I always seem to get depressed and sometimes sick during that time. Sorry about your lost

  "the memory of my grandmother. J.J.I. who passed away August 6th and her Funneral was held August 11th 1 day after my sweet 16, her wake was on my birthday...."
  
  I know how this feels. My grandmother died 4 days before my birthday and 4 days after my parents 30th anniversy; her memorial was on my birthday.
  
  no one knew but my immediate family and when my other family found out they felt a bit bad for me - I told them it was okay, it wasn't about me that day.

  thank you thank you thank you for your applause!! the five points I got from that brought me up to 300 exactly and now I can have the contest i've wanted to hold for aaaaaages! I gave all my other points away in a contest that didn't go to well and didn't get many entries so I'm going to have a think and hold a good one this time. thanks again, good luck and keep writing!
