Hello you, how do you do? You don't come here much anymore do you? I miss you're work. I've discovered one I haven't read though, so I'll go read it. Hope you're okay, I do worry. x

My Darling- you can never ask someone to write if they dont, or dont want to. But I miss your poetry, if you have a few lines to spare, please give your fans some sustenance! Thanks for the e-mail and look to the post soon! Love you Rxxxx

In response to your comment 'am I enjoying it'. No. I've never been more lonely and depressed in my life, plus I've put on weight and that makes me feel horrible. I'm sure a friend will come along one day. I love you. Hope its all going ok for you. Mwah x

Joey I miss you!! I'm gonna write you a long email soon telling you the mad things I've been doing.. I just realised I haven't posted anything for over a month.. I'm completely dried up really. Things don't seem that inspiring anymore. although I think I wrote a poem about clouds on the plane (but I've had 19 hrs crappy sleep in 4 days so I can't really remember!)
love you to bits, keep painting new york red for me ;-)

Hey Jo. I'm so sorry I didnt see you the other day, but life is fucking busy at the moment and I'm getting so down and so tired by it all. I still love you and I hope you dont hate me too much. I passed my A levels, even though I didnt think I would, after spending too much time with Anthony, I got BCC, which is good considering I thought I'd get BEU. I hope you are ok and we can meet for coffee when you get back and you have petrol and I am less of a useless person. Love you. Linda xxxx

dear princess, thank you for your comments and generous praise --- it always makes me happy to be able to share my writing with someone new. Sorry it has taken me so long to reply though; I'm getting a little too busy these days to really participate much in this community. I just hope my presence here won't always be so marginal! Once again, thanks for reading -- I hope to come back and give your poems a fuller reading soon.

Princess Jo: I really wanted to thank everyone at AP so I have written a poem; AP Dedication. If you have made a comment on any of my poems since I have posted this dedication, I have come to your guestbook to post this comment. I would like for you to read the poem for it is my thank you to you and others who have supported me. There is no need to leave a comment (it is totally up to you). I just want to make sure that you understand how important everyone at AP has become in my life through this current crises. Again, I thank you...Jim aka ThePoetAmuse

An Ode To The Day You Leave
(a week and a half early I know)

Smoothly a swallow grazes the roof
Of the building you walk out of
    For the last time.

A butterfly flutters past the aerial
Of the car as you drive out of the lot
    For the last time.

The wind tousles your hair through
The open window as you drive away
    For the last time.

The music on your stereo rises clear
    And you sing loudly….

    YOU'RE FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Hi Jo...Just got done reading your page here and while I have
to agree with most of the quotes above, as a seeker of absolute
truth at any cost I have to disagree with the one by Virginia
    Woolf there.
"The eyes of others are our prisons; their thoughts our cages "(Virginia Woolf)

While this is the average persons "truth" it is not truth
in the pure form. Ultimate power does not lie in other people
it lies within yourself. Their thoughts ONLY have power
if we LET them. If we believe what others tell us. So in
reality her statement is incorrect. In truth the real quote
    would be...

"The eyes of others are our prisons; their thoughts our cages
ONLY if we let them be. For in the end it is our thoughts in
our mind that make the choice of who and what we believe, which
results in who and what we are and become."

I might have to do a search and see if she expanded on
this herself, maybe we both say the same thing, but
like a movie review, we are only seeing part of the whole
    quote here...

    Take care and keep pondering...Eddy

This Princess cannot only feel a pea through many mattresses, she can feel someones heart through their defences, she can create poetry which touches the very soul, and make a little blue creature come out and paint a smile on my face. For this and much more, I thankyou.. I cannot believe we have known each other for so little time, and yet have grown so close... and I am so happy that it is this way.
    yours, George and Sophie xx

Your comments are most certainly not "so shockingly poor". I appreciate that you even take the time to read and tell me what you think! Means a lot to me.
