catz on January 25, 2008Racine, Wisconsin... I knew a couple from there many years ago. We were all young then and husbands stationed in Germany. We lived on the economy at that time in the same building. We used to play canasta and monoply a lot of evenings along with some other couples who shared the building. I'm trying to recall their names but it's been a long time... That was back in 1957-8. Lamoertheim was the name of the town and Coleman Barracks is where the guys were stationed. She had been a telephone operator before going to Germany with her husband.
Funny, the little deals we can remenber sometimes... wow 50 years ago!!! -
