Hello Nasase... A vilanelle is a form a poem can be written in - I'm not certain exactly how it's done but I know that it consists of repeated lines and a rhyme scheme. You can find a lot of columns about meter and forms around this site as well as several very good vilanelles. Caz. Xx P.S. Thanks for putting me up there.
