Just to say hello my friend
Angel's watch over you I pray
As I only stop by to send
    Love and peace your way
Hope that you are doing well
For I love your precious soul
If I could just cast a spell
It would only make you whole
Stay close to the light above
As you sing in heaven's tune
Sing of songs that heal with love
For they will guide you through
Bye for now my friend and sis
Till next time we chat again
Don't be long, for I will miss
    The love you often send

    God bless sweet soul!

    Dear Krystal,

    Questions we all ask everyday,
Why me? What did I do?
Did not you hear the plea I pray,
Believe me, it's not only you.
I slip, I fall, and get up again,
    And I look to the skies above;
Wishing this time and answer He'll send,
As I reach out in faith and love.
I really want you to know dear friend,
    That you are never alone;
I believe the Savior will forever mend,
The cares you send to your heavenly home.
So take this write, this moment of me,
    And hold it within your heart;
Then when doubt comes, set it free,
As it molds into angel's art.

    Much Love Sis! *Hugs*

I love your vision and your soul. You are a blessing to the people in your life, even if they don't know it. I thank you for your comment on my poem. I was not at a good place when I wrote it but I was where God intended me to be. Keep it Real You'll See The Advantages Later. Thank you for being you and letting God use you. It's your "Ambitions as a Rida" that make you who you are. Love.

    Dear Krystal,

One who strives to be the best,
I bid you peace and happiness,
Who shows her love with confidence,
I believe you'll pass this test.

Peace to thy soul I speak,
    For our Jesus carries thee,
A battle with Him is victory,
He can set you free indeed.

I know not of your circumstance,
Though with God you will have a chance,
To be that person to sing and dance,
    With love and sweet romance.

I had to just, let you know,
That I will pray for you.
The Savior heals both body and soul,
    I pray that's what he'll do.

    -Timothy

Hello Vanity,I was happy you took the time to stop in and look at a poem or two of mine. I appreciated it very much and from what I've read of your poems your not so bad yourself.
Thank you for your precious time and I want you to know that you also have a great talent and from what I can tell so far from your writes you have a good heart and I'm so sorry to hear about your uncle. Let God handle that and let your heart be free from hurt as much as your able to sweetie,so you can mend again.
May God guide you and keep you from all harm, amen.
You take care,oh by the way my Dad is a minister I listen to him for my preaching and teaching. He is a very sincere person, you would like him because the love of Jesus is in him.
Bye for now and come visit me again and I will you too.
    Keep on keep'n on writer...

    Hi Vanity!

What can I say, I'm touched that you would view an old (relatively) hack such as me as a source of inspiration! Now that I have deflated my head a little let's talk. Talent is the most uninportant thing in Poetry! That may sound like a contradiction but its true. Once you have decided that you can write and you have managed to pen a few lines which aren't awful (which you have) then the only test of your worth is your commitment. the more you work the better you will be. The more you explore the more you will express! Oscar Wilde once said ' there are no good or bad writers, Only good or bad writing!'.
So don't give us any more crap about not writing or posting anymore, OK!

Keep writing so we can keep commenting!

    Paul

Thanks for reading 'Disappointedly Happy' and for visiting my homepage. Death is a tough one to deal with and I have found myself dealing with it a little too much recently in my work (A symptom of where I live, I'm afraid). I've read some of your stuff. It's good and you're right to use it as a channel for getting out all those difficult thoughts. However, as a poetess you have to respect your language. Try to keep to proper spelling and use colloquial only as a counter point. I'm married to a painter. One day I said that a kid could paint abstract so what's the big deal in learning art. She told me that only once you can paint like a Rennaissance Master, in the greatest detail, can you understand the delicate touch of child like abstract. Its the same in Poetry. You have to command your language completely before you ingore it.

I'll keep looking out for your work
