    MoonChild55,
I loved this poem. The depth of the sensations that you expressed are truly what a blind person might feel reaching out to touch,to grab an elusive vapour, letting the imagination take over, letting the music take control and though sightless this analogy allows sight through sound.Beautiful.My 1st husband was blind and as he listened to his music it was a comfort to him. Also I just want to tell you that I am very happy that you have decided to stay on allpoetry.com.Your works always bless me.Hope to hear from you soon.

Well, now that I've actually remembered to do it, I thought I'd let you know that I added you to my favorites list. You're very talented and I've enjoyed reading your poems and stories.
  • Attic Noise on October 10, 2004
Hmm, I haven't left you a comment in a while so I decided I'd drop by . I see you haven't written anything in a while, heh, IB keepin' ya busy? I'm happy to say that my writer's block is basically loooong gone so that's pretty nifty *nods* but I wish I had English this semester (lucky -or at least I THINK you have English...-). Anywho, you have more trophies I see *counts* Jeebus... 14! Heh. Welp, hope you had a pretty cool long weekend *thumbs up*.

Thanks for commenting on my poem I think I was discussing politics with you before wasn't I? It was kind of about that, I don't see why my love-political and religious life can't mix
Keep writing, you're a wonderful poet
  • pozo on October 4, 2004
Thanks for commenting on my poem I also thought they were fantastic quotes, glad to see you've got a sense of humour Thanks for putting my name up there
Keep writing, you're great but I think you must have writer's block since you've not written for a while.

It's cool that you're a Democrat, mainly cause you're a cool chick. Lol. If you weren't, it just wouldn't be acceptable . And thanks, I'm glad I won, but I thought some of the other poems were deserving also. Hopefully I'll get past this off spell and be able to paint with words again!

    ~Aislinn

    Hey There,
I'm so glad to see you have "The Sounds of Silence" lyrics written out on your author page.. fantastic song. My parents had listened to it a long time ago and made me listen, but I didn't really care for it.. until we actually studied the song in my grade 9 English class.. I loved it from then on. I know you have no idea who I am but that's totally okay.. I'm a friend of Paul's (kirbysman) and he's mentioned your name many times before. You sound like a fantastic poet and person and I'll be sure to check out your work soon =)

I don't know about everybody else but Simon and Garfunkel are one of the better groups that isn't around anymore.

Do you also like Peter, Paul & Mary? I like some of their stuff but the other more political things don't really suit me that much. The songs by them that I DO like, however, are Leaving on a Jet Plane and I Dig Rock and Roll Music.

I like just about anything by Simon and Garfunkel, though, and EVERYTHING by The Rolling Stones.

Hon...you have a wisdom beyond your 14 years. Don't ever let life take that from you, but continue to build on it. I think you and I have quite a bit in common, judging from your page here. I agree with you on sooooooooooo many points (especially on religion). Enough gushing...I'm off to read some of your work!!!
  • pozo on August 20, 2004

    Thank you so very much.
  • Rele anmwe on August 18, 2004
I have not written anything in a long time. It is nice to know that you still think of me. I truly appreciate it. but don't worry, I will soon start to write again. By the way, my birthday is coming up and it will be on the 28th of this month. I was wondering if it is okay with you to let me borrow some points so I can have a contest for my birthday. I will give it back to you. I promise. Right now, I don't have any points at all and I can not get any due to the fact my school won't permit me to use their computers unless it is for school purposes. I would really appreciate it. It will be the best gift I can ever recieve to have fellow poets writing wonderful poems just for me. I thank you so very much. But if you don't have any or can't, I won't be mad. I will be a little bit disappointed because I will have another birthday without recieving any gifts. Thank you so very much and may God bless you
  • pozo on August 18, 2004
Thanks for commenting on yet another poem
  • knots untangled on August 16, 2004
thanks for the comment, i would have added more, but i can't really explain him, and it is his real name. i think he only talked to me, because he felt that i really cared about him, because i do. and since we got so close so fast, he told me everything, and its such an open friendship. it's my bets friendship i think.

  • Morgana on August 8, 2004
Sure I can. I just finished my own contest, and I have some points to spare....around how much are you looking for?

As for where I live, well, I move around a lot. I was in Amserdam for come time, and London. I've visited South Asia, Canada and of course the States. I think I still need to go and see China, parts of Africa, and Australia...just to make it full circle.
