    I went vegan for a bit, wish I could've stuck with it... I started feeling really weak and lethargic after awhile (at first it was quite the opposite) but well I'm not much of a meat eater anyway, never have been. and I try to buy eggs from free range animals, etc. better than nothing I suppose. as far as these big farms go, they are truly disgusting. wish everyone knew about this stuff. I bet lots of people would avoid meateven if not dairy products...

    ever eaten those tofutti cuties? those are yummy. better than dairy ice cream even!

    invisible lines connect us,
    without sound,
    i send you thanks and love.
    thoughts flood in many different directions,
    but always your way,
    the way to another kind of happiness.
    love segregates,
    the love of a mother,
    the love of family and friends
    and the love of a man.
    and swimming inside my heart,
    from across the world
    is the love of a mother,
    the love of family and friends,
    and the love of a former lover.
    could i be more grateful or fullfilled,
    to have much love wishing me well?
    nothing is ever forgotten or lost,
    i think of you all on a daily basis.

    Oh, thank you, Jo! That is the first time I have heard reference to it, since my friend (who is in her 70's, and can't remember where she first heard it) asked me to print it out for her! That's how it came to me in the first place. It's really interesting to read that page-link you sent me to.

    Maybe that's expecting too much ... but I find it hard to share my writing. I press on because, eventually, someone like you comes along to appreciate it.

    what a wonderful page and i like the one about curbing your tongue or they may never heal again . I believe that words have been our worst enemy if used without love . So glad to meet you and i will check back often have a wonderful life

    Hi Chrissie. First, I'd like to thank you for your beautiful addition to the add-a-line "Voices For Peace". I see we both agree that peace is not something to wish for but something to make in whatever way we can with the power of our own Love. Secondly, I see you are a healer and Reiki master! I recently had my first degree attunement and will be getting my second degree attunement the 25th of this month. I have a question for you regarding healing: do you make a living from your healing practises? I ask that because I would like to make a livelihood giving healing Love to others and I'm just trying to get a feel of how doable that might be.

    Hello Romeos-captive Thanks for your lovely comments! Nice to hear you are a vegetarian - becoming vegan will one day follow naturally I'm sure. It is easier when you have your own place, and it's you who decides what groceries to buy. Being vegan is much easier these days though. People used to look at you as if you had two heads or something, just for admitting to being vegetarian but now it's become much more acceptable.
    As for my hobbies and jobs, well I like to try as many things as I can - it keeps me sane

    I find it awesome that you are a vegan and a spiritualist too... not to mention the fact that you are a Spiritual Healer and also a Reiki Master!!

    I am pagan/spiritualist/neo-hippie in a nutshell .. well there is more too me i guess but thats what I like to call myself.

    I am a recovering meat-eater and and am very happy being vegetarian and edorse the fact that animals should not be eaten and be should be treated fairly... who knows - some day I will probably become vegan but I dont think so yet until I own my home home and buy own groceries. I try to cut out as much dairy as a I possibly can out of my diet

    Well anyway - sounds like you are a real legand when it comes to hobbies and jobs!!

    Re the Greek group, Raining Pleasure, the drummer, Jay is a friend of mine. We have known one another for a few years now (although I have never been to Greece - yet). Their music is wonderful, and they have played with lots of famous bands and singers.
    As for Tim Booth, he was the lead singer of the Manchester band, James, and he had a voice that used to melt me! (Still does) He is gorgeous.
