I know I've been a real pain in the butt lately... and I'm sorry... I still love ya as my brother though... Thanks for being a good friend and for caring... I tend to shut people out quite easily... and I need to realize that it's a horrible thing to do... again... I'm sorry... guess at times I just feel like giving up... so I close off... anyway... thanks and God bless you Bob. ~Melissa

WOW, great page. You've had some changes since I was last here, and I see Sharcu has made you an awesome picture!! I like your page, I love the Third Day song and the Todd Agnew...they are aaaaawsome!! About three weeks ago I started listening to Todd. I knew his songs, just didn't know who sang them!! Anyway, I love the colors on here too, it is very similar to mine now too, if not the same!! (great minds......) hee hee. Have a great day!

Thanks for the comment and no it didn't happen to me personally. Don't think bad for what I'm about to say but I'm only telling you the truth....I was sort of playing around with the idea of suicide and I thought about some people who have had an experience with it up close and personal. I can't say that I know what it's like to have a loved one put you through a suicide but I can imagine. My poem really made me see what it's really about. At the time I was writting it I was just trying to think about it in a different point of veiw. You know?? Sorry if it's a little hard to understand but my poem helped me to really think about it and I hope that it does the same for everyone else that reads it. Even the ones who are thinking about it. Just maybe my poem will make them see the cowardice of taking their own lives and what it will do to those they leave. Again thankyou fro acknowledging my poem.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend M0ofie. Take care and God Bless you. Sandy

Not nice, not nice at all! Big bully! I think my favorite concert was Chris Tomlin (indescribable tour) with Matt Redman. Although the Rebecca St. James/Barlow Girl/Jadon Lavik concert recently was excellent too.
  • M0ofi3 on March 16, 2006
Yeah! I got to see Third Day! And for free, too! Someone else bought my ticket. Nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah!

    LOL!

Third Day was awesome! It was probably the best Christian concert I've ever seen. David Crowder opened for them. Halfway through Third Day's set, Mac Powell invited David Crowder's band out to do a couple of accoustic sets. They did "I Saw the Light". It was pretty cool!

    Pardon my gloating! Heeheeheehee!
  • noble1 on March 16, 2006
You got to see Third Day?! OH, I am soooo jealous!!!! I wanted to see them when they came to Milwaukee for a baseball game. They were here with Matthew West (another absolute favorite of mine) and I qualified for "Mac in the Box," tickets to watch the game in the skybox with Mac and the gang but I didn't win the grand prize. I just love his voice! Matthew West's song about Grace is wonderful! I've only heard a couple of Todd Agnews songs, he's okay. Third Day rules!!

not much for words outside of poetry... lol.. dont be sorry.. never be sorry... i love honest people...
  • M0ofi3 on March 14, 2006
Not much for words?! And you're on a poetry site?

    Sorry, couldn't resist! LOL!

Actually, I lied...I'm not sorry, and I could resist. But I am honest.
  • bas-hful on March 14, 2006
Had to check out your site too. Praise to the Lord for other Christians! I'm not much for words, so sorry if i never make sense.
    God Bless

If you knew where I came from, and what I've done, you would be even more amazed; maybe even more encouraged. For where sin abounds, much more abounds the grace of God in Christ.

He who is forgiven much, loves much. Time couldn't help me to say what He has forgiven me for. Eternity will alone hold the love...

If I am a model, it is of the grace of the One who made and saved me. If I have a role, it is to be emulating Him, and loving you with many others. There's no other need, nowhere else to go...

I have nothing apart from Jesus. He must ever be my all in all. Take my talents, my hands, my mind. Just let me have Him!

    To His glory...

"Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom or the strong man boast of his strength or the rich man boast of his riches, but let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows me, that I am the LORD, who exercises kindness, justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight," declares the LORD. (Jeremiah 9:23-24)

I came across this verse tonight and instantly thought of you so I thought I'd post it here in a comment on your page. You have wisdom that far surpases me and your poetic talents are far-greater then most that I've read, but yet you still are humble and give all the praise to God. Just wanted to say thank you for being an incredible role modle for me.

Time to get jealous again, maybe. Just recently heard a rumor that Todd Agnew is coming for Resurrection Day for our sunrise service!
  • M0ofi3 on March 7, 2006
Yeah! I get to see Third Day this Thursday. A brother bought a ticket for me-AWESOME! They'll be playing with the David Crowder Band. It should be really good. A night of worship!

Thanks for stopping by. Read some of mine, too. I would appreciate any feedback. I am encouraged by the response of other Christians.
  • Abreadcrumbandfish on March 7, 2006

Great page. I also believe. Yes psalms is a beautifull work. An example of praise even when life on earth becomes undone. I have family in the four corners area and graduated H.S in Aztec N.M. Always a pleasure to meet a fellow christian. Peace. S-7
