Rain On on February 7, 2004Well, (on depression's obsession) I didn't mean for any of it to rhyme, I just like the idea that depression was obsessed with me instead of me drowning in it. Thanks for you comment.

I'll be back, and if it's not too late tonite, I promise to run about your pages. Thanks again for all the kind and inspiring comments. See ya later!

Hey,
I think your poetry rocks and rolls with so much soul. You are very good indeed. I like what I've read, and I see you promote my girl "poetryality" on your author page, you ought to read her new shit! No Offense Taken (An essay) it is profound. I am off to read more of your work and the one you suggested,
poetryality "New Age Wave" Thanks for all the great comments on my poetry. Lets' keep in touch.

Earlbecke on January 1, 2004Sorry it took me forever to get back to you, the holidays and everything...plus, I'm lazy.
I'm from Thornton. Thanks a lot for your comments on my stuff, it really means a lot to me.
I definitely agree with your statements about writing on this page. I'm really mad at my literature teacher right now because she openly admitted we aren't reading poetry for the author's message, just so that we can point out the use of similies, metaphors, etc; I think analyzation can be useful in helping you to understand the actual heart of the poem, but that too much of it removes you from the core meaning of the poem and reduces it to just so many words on the page.
What's the point if you know that something's a symbol if you can't understand what it's a symbol for and, more important, why that's even important? *sigh* -

Felicity Dolor on December 9, 2003wow.. that was a looong explanation. You know, with all the energy you put into that explanation, you could just add to the sotry, lol. Well, I had made those assumptions, but I wasn't entirely sure I had followed correctly, so thanks for the explanation. ttyl

Felicity Dolor on December 8, 2003YOU rock my world. You're the first person to understand the narcissistic theme in Grey Eyes. It's a combination of narcissism and then disliking what I see, and yes, it is about me. And I will certainly read your story as soon as I have time, but I'm studying right now for a huge ass ap english test tomorrow. yey. Rotten Corruption and Disillusioned Idealism in Hamlet! dun dun dun... (dramatic percussions) Oh, and thanks for the compliment on my physicalities. And now that I've met a fellow narcissist, you simply must send me your picture. do you have any chat progs (outside allpoetry, obviously)? laterz
