    saying you wont get help for yourself is pointless, you need help and until you ask for it yourself and are willing to work things won't get better. i know your afraid, but instead of letting the fear destroy you, and that's what you are doing, see the fear and ask for help getting past it. You say you just need someone to talk to, but that isnt going to help if you dont take their advice

    just to say and i can understand the pain you mention in your page, i´ve been there for so long but am finally able to see a bit of light, i´ve finally stopped getting the urges to cut, it is possible, however much it seems impossible now, i never thought i´d come through to the other side, anyway enough about me, just so you know you´re not alone n if you want someone to talk to... i´m here
