The people are waiting
They're sitting debating
They're not really sure what to do
As they wonder when
The Legend will pen
A poem all lovely and new
Hope everything is alright.
Looking forward to your next write.

my pop worked on scaffolding ... literally. He plastered the old fashioned way. He too was injured when the scaffolding colapsed and he got a serious head injury forcing him to retire. It left him more time to go to the track lol.

One of my grandfathers had a story of being surrounded for weeks in the middle of a turnip field. None of the survivors could ever bear turnips again. The raw turnips just seemed to make the whole horrible slaughter more surreal.

Hi, mate! Just want to say thank you for your wonderful comments on my poem 'Come walk with me' I have heard so much about you and really feel honoured that you liked my piece. I have a great passion for history on the second world war, and a lot of my poems on war are based on what people have told me who were there, mainly my father who served in North Africa from beginning to end. It's great to know you and i hope to be seeing a lot more of you. Take care.

YOU ARE A LOVELY WRITER!!! I LOVED THE FEW POEMS THAT I HAVE GOTTEN TO READ AND I WILL READ MORE!!! YOUR POETRY IS WONDERFUL!! I LOVE IT
-
I came over to make sure you were on my favorites list after reading "Behind the Veil". My God, man. That is one of the best poems I've ever read. I swear to God. You reminded me of how much power can be contained in poem (especially when it rhymes and rhymes well.) I'm glad to see I had the good sense to add you as a favorite already sometime before. Hope all is well with you and your family.
Mark
