    Miss you and all the great poets here but my life has been so busy between work and my children, and Oh lets not forget the dog..that I am lucky to have time to sleep.

    Heya thanks for the comment, was very inspiring, and I shall remember that advice! But I also want to say that although I was talking in the 1st person in that poem, a lot of it dosnt apply to me, I was just trying to see thing through the eyes of people in my generation! Thanks though, you rock!

    Hi! Thanks for your comment on If you're rich I'm single. I totally agree! It's so hard to get kids to understand why things are wrong when it seems "everyone else" is living that way. I'm lucky, I've got pretty smart kids so far and they agree with me...in fact they loved that poem (and my poem "Good Girls vs Skanks") another sign of the times! Take care. Sincerely, Mary

    Hi
    Writing, digital photography, burning cds and making the jewel cases, making a chapbook on my own. Way out of my comfort zone, but sure has been fun and frustrating all at the same time. Just teaching myself the computer was a humdinger for sure. Each time I learn something new I think WOW....farout.Bet it has been a long time since you heard that slang (farout).LOL

    My puppy dog was an old girl with gentle ways. She was a 40 lb.
    Irish Wolf Hound with a little Terrier in her. Her color was a silver gray. 17 years she was with us. Miss her.

    Hi, Eddy! Thanks for reading "End". The challenge for me with this one is that I'm NOT an atheist! That's exactly why I entered the contest, to see if I could get myself inside the head of a dying atheist, capture a totally different perspective. Don't know how I did, but I enjoyed the effort.
