my face got contorted during my first date with my wife... I asked myself, "Why is my face contorted? Hey, it's her!" (must have been her gossip). Then I asked myself, "Do I need this challenge?" (now we've been married 20 years...)

I just stopped by out of interest - your name caught my eye. I really enjoyed reading the things you have posted on your page. Unfortunately I don't have time right now to read anything of yours, but I will come back again. I am going to have to read #10 about the three dimensional system a few times. I am not sure I understand it yet. But thanks for giving me something to think about.

    hi JazzALTernative,
nice to hear from you. That is not me speaking in the poem. It is the poem speaking to whomever reads it. If it means something about a church to you, then so mote it be. I hope you enjoyed the poem. Always appreciate your commentary. Keep up the great work. yours in poetry po3m wr1t3r

The "10 Ways To Beat Depression" is really interesting
  • wbiro on April 2, 2005
I was reading your philosophies at the top and, you may take this as a compliment, I thought it was by an intelligent teen girl (chewing-gum conversations!) Glad a few of my pieces took your mind off of project management for a few moments- I know how time-consuming such a position is!
  • HeavenonEarth on March 17, 2005
Just wanted to stop by and "Congratulate" you on your win!
  • BehindTheSorrow on February 23, 2005
Wow. You have a wonderful profile. Made me think. We really need to stop wallowing in self-misery and do something about it. You gave me a great place to start.

The most incredible thing for me is to make an egineer religious, though in history, lots of scientists turned out to be devoted to religion. Yes, I will always be open-minded and curious, for poetry is supposed to talk about anything.
  • aslanlight on February 2, 2005
Have you read Dante's 'The Divine Comedy'? It tells of the wheels of the heavens and different layers. Also Ezekiel 1 speaks of wheels. Ezekiel is pretty spaced out!

You sure know what comedy is. I laughed for 5 minutes when I was reading your comment on "Tonight". You are a genius in making words like "shimsical" and "sark". I know many times my poems "shamesize" and "suck" (don't tell me they don't), but you don't have to "chop your left ring finger off". Smart words they really are and I think they should be added to my poetry word pool.

Thank you for your applause. You are right, I may be good at telling stories with a descriptive language full of images. But I know all this, at the same time, means I may not be a real "poet".
I know people have different ways of thinking, mine is not the same as yours. That is why we like to share ideas. But I always like to explore what is behind. Knowledge has limits, that is, we can't think freely. I feel so sorry this life is short and we are not able to know all we want to.
