    Did you read what it said about the Phoenix??

    Phoenix - The Phoenix is vain and arrogant and hides the fact that he cares for the children until they are in trouble. As well, he is lonely and in constant search of praise. The Phoenix becomes a main decision maker and rescuer for the children when they cannot agree with where to go or how to get out of a situation. He is the only one that understands the carpet.

    This is truely an expression of my life!!!

    The word great would be an understatement to describe you. I could use other words such as "magnificent" or "wonderful" but it'll be outright injustice on your behalf.
    Let's just say you're one of a kind.
    Never have I seen such a tender heart like yours and much reminded me of my father whom I dearly love.
    I believe that I have already mentioned it to you before but I really am glad to have met such a great friend like you.

    My Toad Of the lovely ode
    I wish that you could visit my abode
    Fantasy in every room
    A perfect place for a Toadly groom
    Dragonflies bedeck my walls
    Not to mention Faery dolls
    Yet I have some manly touches true
    My pixie son I think of too
    A mixture of a Faery realm
    Mixed with pixie touches that let him feel he rules the helm.

    Head Witch, I put you there because i felt you deserved to be there. Now i'm hardly anything like a professional poet but it is my belief that the best poetry, (the kind that I believe gave birth to the very concept itself) is the kind that speaks straight into the reader's heart. And it cannot truly reach someone else's heart unless it is written from the writer's.

    So as you can see by my views your poem "Still" fits into my perspective of poetry quite perfectly. My opinion is also supplemented with the fact that I am a bit of a "Hopeless Romantic" at heart and as you well know we "Hopeless Romantics" have forever been in search of that dreamy soulmate concept, quite litteraly, since birth. In my heart's eyes, your poem "Still" is an excellent example of what a soulmate would say. And to further confirm my point, your writing it and posting it for other eyes to see is nothing short of a soulmate's gesture of loving forgiveness. Both you and your love should be very proud of your poem. It's the kind of poem that I would want to write down and carry with me in my wallet and pull out from time to time when I was away from my love to pacify me and to bask within the feeling it gave till we were reunited again.

    Now i'm a big fan of a true genuine and loving heart. Although uncommon, I every so often meet such a welcome soul, but it tis rare, and I mean QUITE RARE, that I meet one with the capacity to love and forgive quite like you. And if that weren't enough, you stand true to your vows to do so but I really think that deep down your heart would be that way even without the vow because its so deeply ingrained in your loving nature. And that, dear priestess contributes as to why you earned the position of my favorite poet. The qualities that you display are the very qualities that you live by. In short: You talk the talk AND walk the walk.

    Please do not take offense but I had to supress a laugh when you spoke of being unworthy for nothing could be further from the truth. You wrote a piece that a soulmate would write. One that would make a hopeless romantic sigh. (And yes this one did). You struck a deep chord in my heart with it. You wrote beautiful words from a beautiful heart and presented them lovingly. You are worthy.

    Grimlathak, I decided to cruise on over to your page to see if you had any new writes and I was stunned that both my poem, and my name were under your favorite poem and author. I'm truly speechless and if I were in front of you right now I would just be standing there with my mouth wide open like a deer in headlights. I have never been posted as either of those things, though I do have other poets who enjoy my work. I'm so glad that I could be of some importance to someone, it means more to me than you know. I don't feel as though i'm worthy of such praise but it touches me deeply. Thank you for absolutely making my day.
