    Lizzie, you keep on penning those thoughts girl,it's a great way to let off steam, and release some bottled up emotions.Its also a much healthier way instead of cutting. Sometimes we dont have a voice , so we write instead, but eventually you do find your voice.I feel your sadness, ive been in the dakest of tunnels , thinking there was no way out , ive attempted suicide and self abused my body and wanted to die due to depression, but i managed to see a glimpse of light and i dragged my self out.There is always light at the end of the tunnel darl, you just have to look.You are not alone and there will always be someone to talk to.You have your devoted boyfriend, your school friends and your friends here on AP if you need to talk..im here also for you, if you want to email me at..thewhitelighter@hotmail.com, i have strong shoulders and a good ear if you need to talk...im sending you heaps of love and a big warm hug...your AP friend...Jen
