Lol, about 'My Eyes', that did clear the weirdness. I need these explained to me sometimes lol ^_^, and you know, I had exactly the same experience. I just woke up one day and I was here! But putting aside our differences, it's strange how I keep finding that the poets who add me to their favs are poets I want on my favs because ppl who's poetry I like seem to like mine! Thank you so much for the trophy! I gotta tell ya though....I was already the winner in that contest. Without it as inspiration, I probably wouldn't have ever written what I consider to be one of my best poems...if not the best. LOL, love the story behind your name! that's classic! my aunt and i were just talking about how a lot of latino people from differnt parts don't really have that much body hair and how i hit the jackpot by getting those genes from my dad.

No, i'm not familiar with that comic book character, but his name and my name probably came from the same place. "Lobo" is the spanish word for "wolf" or "werewolf". i spent a year in Honduras and the kids all called me lobo because i had hair on my legs and arms and no one there did.

Was married to a "jesus freak" of the BAD kind, (because there are many people who call themselves Jesus freaks who are the most beautiful people I know) who decided it was his right to use my body anytime he wanted, in any way he wanted, because his lil black bible told him that once married, my body no longer belonged to me, but that I wasnt allowed to deny my husband of his "needs" and Im sure you can figure out what that led to when I said no. :S

I dont pray. If theres a god and he knows the future, my begging for something wont change a thing, so I use my time more usefully. LIVING and being a good person.

If I die and go to hell, at least I will die having known I was the best person I could be, and if god wants to toss me into a firey pit for being a better person than most christians I know....then I wouldnt want to be associated with a god who would do that anyway.

I have lots more angry god poems but I wont bore you. I used to post them under the ID Lacertus. dont go there if you are easily offended
