Thank you for your thoughtful words. This quotation is from my author's page. Be well, Poet. Wanda

"Among the Haida Indians of the Pacific Northwest, the verb for 'making poetry' is the same as the verb 'to breathe'."

~ Tom Robbins, from the book: "Another Roadside Attraction"

All the results are in French! Is there an english version of the book? It's weird how when reading a long book it seems as though you'll never finish it, but once you're close to finishing reading it, you don't want it to be over.

Thank you so much for taking time to read my poem. I haven't read the book but will look into it, sounds interesting. i write (sometimes) just what is in my mind at the time, this poem caught me going through a bad week. I really enjoy reading your work. Brightest Blessings!

Hello Victory Gin, lots of poets, like one of my favourites; Dylan Thomas, got their inspiration like that, but when I see how they ended up, I'll try to find my inspiration in the morning sunlight. Although I do love the song 'One bourbon, one scotch, one beer'. Tell me, do you drink victory gin to find your inspiration? It was to me one of Orwell's most vivid little elements in his great masterpiece.

I have a cure for writer's block: A bottle of bourbon, a fast car, and an evening with a rented brunette from buster-block.

Jane's lying. Or Jane's humble. Well she's attempting to be humble by lying. But nah. Amidst the juvenile population of AP, she's the best. The contests she wins over me and others prove it.
