    Dear Sister Country Cousin,
I wish you are in the best of health.
You wrote about arthritis which deprived you from becoming a cardiologist. This made me shed silent tears.
I do not know if you tried flax seed oil, olive oil, cold water fish oil for arthritis! If not please try flax seed oil. It said to relieve pain.
Well if you knwo about the clinical trials of these oils for arthritis please write to me or mail me drvinze@hotmail.com.
Again wishing you best of health

    Dear sister Country Cousin
At the outset let me say, I am grateful to you for adding an humble poet like me in the list of your'favourites' when you have already selected poets like Shakespeare,Carl Sandburg,Walt Whitman etc.I am not at all so great a poet.
Well abut the publishers; They are commercial people, squeeze the authers and rob the students who educate on their parent's money (atleast in asia and in the East.)
I would rather launch a free site than to handover my photographs to commercial people.
In fact 10 years ago I had an offer from commercial doctors to buy my collection for a six digit rupees! I said like a honey bee I collected this nectar, which is now priceless! With the help of this I teach my medical students. I would passon my heritage, my legacy to them than to surrender to commercial doctors!
I am glad to hear from you that for last 5 years you are disease free! May God add Life to your years.
    Yours Unconditional Wellwisher
    Dr. Hemant

    Dear County Cousin
My life is not much different than yours. My poems: A realm betenoire, An angel, Mankind's god,Dnyandeep, Eligy of my life, infact describe my life cycle. My poem: Kudos! ( Ode to the handicapped) is infact tribute to people like you who dare death, excell and glitter with their glorious deeds. Once again kudos to you dear "Florence Nightingale" without whose helping hand, we surgeons are crippled and yet for savig the patient's life we alone 'rob' the credit, while the assistants and nursing staff remains behind the curtain!Strange cozenage of the accompaniments!!
the digests and magazines in India and world over will jollywell publish my queer cases and ride the tidal wave of glory of publicity. I do not long for such cheap publicity. Instead I would wait for a nobel respect and academic honour!
I intend to launch my website :VINZE'S CLINICAL ATLAS

I just read your authors page and I feel like I know you a bit better. I just wanted to personally thank you for all your wonderful comments on my writings and your encouragement. I too have written a book, but am still looking for that elusive publisher. The story for the book was given to me as a gift from God and it is for all readers with a great message. God Bless you and I will be reading more of your writings soon. FAH

That does sound interesting, have you ever tried the JAMA or Journal of American Medical Association. I do believe they take texts from other countries other than America. I am not a doctor but I wanted to be a cardiologist, hands are damaged by arthritis. I am a nurse, and there are indeed some very oddities in nature not to mention medicine. I have a female friend whose appendix was so lengthy that it wrapped around her ovary. She had surgery to remove uterus, ovaries and naturally the odd appendix. I personally have had multiple surgeries for cervical cancer, uterine cancer and ended up having a nephrectomy. That was tough but I am now five years free. There is one publisher, Reader's Digest that often takes submissions from surgeons with cases like yours.

I agree with you. Many 'skilled' workers require the ability of quick and correct decision. There are many situations where a hair perhaps divides false and true! In these situations the
decisions are more intuitive, instinctive. During surgery one error can cost a patient his life, but any error in instinctive or intuitive poetry does not harm anyone.World over there are 10% errors even at the best of the hands.May I say this is a big failure rate.
Wll you did not make remark on the tumour I reported and on the odd cases I happened to see during my practice.
Is there any publisher you know?

    Country Cousin,

The tumour of the appendix I described was NOT a cancer but a benign tumour: Lieomyoma a benign growth of the muscles of the appendix.I was the first surgeon of the world to report it. I have many interesting and very rare clinical photographs and x-rays with the help of which I teach medicalstudents in private.
A photograph of milleneum or perhaps eons is: Accessory breast on the thigh of 'MALE!!' measuring 3-4 inches in diameters!!
If any publisher desires to publish a text book on spot diagnosis for medical students I am interested!
If you are a doctor, I can send a scanned image of this patient, not otherwise
    Kindly let me know

    Carling CountryCousin

You know I always think of you as a young girl like me and that reflects in your open, honest and direct style. You don't seem to have any of the corruption of age that many possess. You are a blessing if I may use that though I don't know you well. Anyway, just was reminded by how good you are and if you don't mind, I'll visit you a lot and make you a fav. Smoosh

    Country Cousin,
I am really glad that you liked "Words". I wrote it in a second grade class room, while the class was writing in their journals. I thought it was a fun poem. But again, thank you for the kind remarks.
