I like the picture of your cutie patootie. I can't decide which one is cuter. They're both right off the scale.

ndeed! You have eyes as blue can be and Patterson's poem seems for thee!

I see several of my friends proceed me here. I know already I am going to love your poetry and I've not read more than your author page yet!
  • Balladeer : Hey, Aussie! on May 3
Welcome to the site! I have no doubt you will be happy here and the site will be better for having someone with your personality and sense of humor.

Life is a picnic here. You bring the wine and I'll bring the Spam and we'll both sit around and discuss Banjo's greatness...sounds like fun to me.
  • Alan Burke : Slow Dance on May 2

  • Mark Rickerby : Welcome Aboard! on April 22
    Hey Bex!

Welcome to the site! I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. I've been a member for five years or so. There are a lot of good people here, and a lot of good poetry, stories, etc. You'll have to sift through a lot of "emo" stuff to get to it (i.e., "If you don't come back to me, I'm going to kill myself, twice!") but I love them too because there's something beautiful about kids trying to find their voice, and Lord knows just about every writer there ever was started out writing about relationships, which is the biggest thing in the history of the world when we're teenagers. (At least our world.)

Thanks for the comment on my "Back When . . ." poem. Glad you liked it. I'd be willing to bet that kids in Australia in general are better off than kids in America when it comes to preservation of innocence. As y'all say over there, good on ya!
