Friend and bandmate of alan's I am. (nearly missspelt that as ala's which means something completely different).
Havent read your work yet but will. Intrigued that you like henry rollins though - never really viewed him as an author - more an orator. Do like his work though. read mine on Crowd Control - its along those anti-authority make-your-own-mind-up kind of lines.
B back soon to read some , see ya! -

Ocean Gypsy on March 4, 2003~~After awhile YOU learn the subtle difference between holding a hand
and sharing a life. And YOU learn that love doesn't mean possession,
and company doesn't mean security and loneliness is universal.
And YOU begin to learn that kisses aren't contracts
and presents aren't promises, And YOU begin to accept your defeats
with your head up and your eyes open,
with the grace of an adult and not the grief of a child.
And YOU learn to build your hopes on today
as the future has a way of falling apart in mid-flight
because tomorrow's ground can be too uncertain for plans,
yet each step taken in a new direction creates a path
toward the promise of a brighter dawn.
And YOU learn that even sunshine burns if you get too much
so YOU plant your own garden and nourish your own soul
instead if waiting for someone to bring you flowers,
And YOU learn that love, true love, always has joys and sorrows
seems ever present yet is never quite the same becoming more than love and less than love
so difficult to define.
And YOU learn that through it all YOU really can endure
YOU really are strong, that YOU do have value
and YOU learn and grow, and YOU learn and YOU learn...
with every good-bye, YOU learn...~~

You said you'd like to hear the music - well I have 3 strings to my bow - Liars Edge is my rock band and will have a website up at www.liarsedge.com soon...there will be some live bootleg mp3's on it - we are recording properly in the summer
I'm also working on a solo album - just me and an acoustic though I'd love cello and piano on it if someone picks it up for publication and re-recording (know any record execs???? lol!!)
also write ambient trance/dance on the PC..

Youre awesome, thanks for visiting our site. I have the lyrics to Photos as one of my poems. The process of poetry to music is an amazing one. I liken it to giving words a soul... -

Chris Kramer on February 12, 2003Here are some poems I wrote that you might enjoy along the lines of sunsets and love: "Autumn Love" , "Climb Into The Horizon" (poss. Into The Horizon on AP), "Embrace and Kiss Me Completely", "Finding Paradise" , "Sunset Eyes", "Sunset Ocean", and another one you might enjoy also is "Skipping Stone" --- anyway, those are some of the poems I think are fairly good along the lines of Love and Sunsets. Also check out "Pine Tree Lament" if you enjoy a little humor about Nature ... :-) - Thanks for taking an interest in my stuff ... I will be looking in and reading what you have too - kind of in a publishing project right now and have to finish it by tonight (y'know how *that* business is)--- :-) With Brightest Light and Love, chris (another poem title of mine ....LoL ) :-)

Chris Kramer on February 4, 2003Hi Annastacia!
Sounds like a Russian name? Beautiful! (I went there in 1990)-
At any rate I wanted to thank you for dropping in and reading some of my poetry and also some of my Grandmother's --- I've been posting quite a bit of hers lately because there is a shortage of good childrens poems on this site as far as I'm concerned and she wrote some great stuff...
about the pic --- yeah me overlooking a stream ... LoL ...(no its not me, though I wish i had a butt like that LOL ... actually I have quite a few poems about Indians as also my grandmother does also ... they are archived somewhat in the conglomeration of poems posted in the past --- but if you are interested in a certain style or type of poem, I would be glad to let you know some titles to see if you might like them (I'm not bashful about my poetry :-) ) -- anyway, I will be looking in on your works too and welcome! :-) -
Just4u on February 3, 2003Thanks for dropping by. When we switched over to the new site
it added an extra http:// on the homepage link...that is why
it didn't work. I went in and edited my author page to fix it
for now. I let Kevin know about this bug earlier today, among
other ones...lol...so you should be free to travel my homepage
anytime you like now...
Off to read some of your stuff now.
