My english teacher in tenth grade made us all memorize that Stanza from "augiries of innocence" and then recite it to the class. I hate william blake.

Thank you so very much for your comment on David! Your generosity quite overwhelms me. I think that sometimes old poetic styles are appropriate for particular themes; if you are interested in this 'retrograde usage', then I urge you to check out 'The Admirer's Triptych', 'The Demagogiad' or any others that grab your fancy. I'll be taking some time later to browse through your work!

yeah, my friends commented on that. they bluntly said that my daughters would hate me. oh well, considering what i had in store for my third daughter a few weeks ago, i think Chance is a good name. i was tempted to call her Tweezers.

I don't know why, but suddenly, as I was reading the La Mare you have posted at the top of the page, I suddenly started hearing "Fisherman's Blues" in my head. Now it won't go away, and it's starting to mix in with "Cannae Throw Your Granny". Weird.
ANYWAYS; I saw your comment on "It Is, Matthew"--- I take time to remove my hat and nod my thanks at you. Blessings be to you because you have the know-of about St. Matthew. You rock. (and on a side note, I'm not allowed to watch my granddad's "Prisoner" tapes, but I'm an addict of old Red Dwarf episodes. [Holly was always cooler than Hilly])

Angela - I don't even know how long it has been there in your profile. The inclusion of my name and the suggestion that others come visit. You are to very kind to have done so. It is greatly appreciated. I hope I don't let you down nor any of those others that happen to come this direction. Thank you indeed. Best wishes and hopes for you as well.

Hi Angela and welcome! Glad you enjoyed my Hillbilly Christmas Cake. It's a rather loose recipe. Haven't tested it yet, don't plan to either. What is NS? I'm not up on UK provinces (or are they states?) It was nice hearing from you.

I'm a PRISONER fan by way of my ex-husband. He was a fanatic about the show, hence, I saw quite a few episodes. Personally, I'm would like to meet some old Dr. Who fans, I was hooked by his second to last incarnation, I think... (the curly-headed dude w/long scarf)...

Just stopping by to thank you for your comment on my poem 'Til Round Again...I look forward to digging into some of yours here.
