Fireworks on November 30

Sort of.

I spend most of my free thinking time creating universes... but I can never seem to gather a story for them. All of the stories in my head just don't want to come out right on paper, or I end up losing interest in one universe as another makes itself known in my head.

Poetry is easier for me to throw my brain out short term. I can close my eyes, set my fingers on the keys, and end up with a subconscious gathering of my thoughts in barely a minute.

Hi, Andy. Sorry for not being in touch a while. A bit worried aboput the bushfires at the moment. There is one huge one burning nomore than six miles away from us. A change has come, but with it, it is bringing strong winds. We are keeping a close eye out. Our worry is flying embers. The fire is in a place called 'Belgrave'. It is six train stations away from us. My computer spat the dummy so I am using my jj's at the moment. How are you, my friend?

and I do understand them being too abstract, I've heard it many times ( and realise they are ) but can't figure out how to make them 'not' be..

I've deleted most of the contest poems I've written, including those which won trophies, which is why the numbers don't match up...
Like you though, I believe one must master their thoughts, and value truth above all other things.
