I know what a wibble bubble is. It's what forms in a sheep's mouth when you get it so drunk that it falls asleep. Constitued of sheep spittle, alcohol, and a little bit of phlegm, they're extremely difficult to pop, and go wibble-wobble, which is similar to quivering.
