the IM is being stupid
again... sigh
gon for over a year . off and on cuz its had several rewrites and reformats but i have "finished" two chapters. it is in a contest now, but it seems to be a stagnant contest. the story is calles Saisons. i will send you this list. allpoetry.com/list/7936
i think what got me about your contest is that you asked for a story about an inanimate object falling in love. and that is exactly what this is about. its about a tree falling in love so much so it becomes awaare of its mortality.
to me that is true love.

ive been working on this thing since last year for a friend. its quite sad/bittersweet. that i dont always like to write in it cuz it depresses me. but i have been urged to finish it for publication.
if you think it stands a chance in your contest, and would give it a deserving look, i would ask you to look at it please. ive put a lot of time and emotion into this. its very personal. to me it deserves nothin gless than gold. and i kno a couple of editors on this site who belive so also. i just cant seem to get it in the right contest. -
