    You have no idea how much that happens to me. I want to write and put the words out, but they just don't come to me and sometimes it feels like I am about to pull teeth or smash ribbons, just to get the things to fit...I don't have any suggestions on how to better that feeling as I suffer from the same so the boat is the same for you and I.

    How are things with life in general?

    hey thank you for commenting on my poems, i'm glad that u liked them and thank you for the advice, sometimes i do wish that realality(however u spell it) would be my fantisy, but awell. U can't have things ur way all the time.

    Thanks for reading, Poet...Guess what??? I saw Aerosmith in concert...1975...long before the Run/DMC incident...LOVE Bob Seger & Macy Gray...& I can still quote the balcony scene from Romeo & Juliet...I learned it in 1973!!! hehehe Nice to meetcha!!! Wanda

    welcome to All Poetry, I hope you enjoy this site as much as we all do on here. I'm just going to tell you a bit about the site.

    We try and keep AP an inter-active community by reading and commenting on each other’s work. Not only does this provide feed back for the writers, but it also gets you comments on yours, as people are always willing to read back. Commenting also builds up your points, the longer the comment the more points you receive, so you can promote your poems. We have the shameless promotion box and the ordinary box to promote in. But please refrain from promoting in the chatterbox because you could get fined and neither of us wants that.

    There’s a contest that begins at the beginning of each month for the new poets so you guys can make some points and inter act with the rest. Click the contest tab at the top and check it out.

    We are also inter-linked with story write.com allphilosophy.com and old poetry.com. Click around the site and have a look, lots to do on here.

    Also places where you can learn more about writing and improve your skills too. I know I have come really far with this site.

    You'll notice you have a membership when you first join, well you get a 4 day trial to see if you like it, and by buying one it helps the site run. But it isn't compulsory.

    If you ever need any help don't be afraid to ask, the main men/women are in blue and us greeters are in green.

    Actually, Romeo and Juliet is really an epic poem, kind of. Notice all of the rhyming? But welcome to AllPoetry. I'm sure you'll like it here...if you like reading and writing. There's a lot of cool ideas running around on here. I recommend PseudoFemme and WhiteEyes. They're my personal favorites.
