Abrielle on September 24, 2006The sepia photo' was taken in the back alley, just outside my gate. It's a lovely area.... I know it's a little pretentious, but I wanted to use something that I had not stolen from anywhere else to illustrate my page and this pic kinda goes.....
-
Abrielle on September 12, 2006Yeah, i'm a henna artist, i used to work in a studio in manchester, but now i usually just follow the festivals! It's nice work and sometimes, when it doesn't feel too much like i have to, creating new designs is almost as enjoyable as writing poetry. lol.
Thankyou for your hi 5 it is returned. -

Recently I have decided to hold a
contest as an " Invite only ". I have been reading
your poems for quite awhile and thought this

as a writer. I would very much appreciate an entry.
It will aid in the hope to extend my commenting
on other writers , Such as yourself.
allpoetry.com/contest/1932350
Thanks for your time .

P.S. If you would not like your name
included on the contest list , Please IM me
and I'll remove it. I don't want to offend
anyone by this contest or make anyone
uncomfortable. -

seachel on May 5, 2005Have just stumbled onto your page, and am very glad of it! I have read afew of your poems and really like them. Your style is similar to that of Carol Anne Duffy and Joss Barber - very publishable! Will be adding you to my favouries as I think you have some very unique work here, and I'm sick of reading cliched poems on this site!
Have you sought publication for any of your poems?
Take care,
Chel x

JM Kenyon on April 27, 2005Hello. I just found your message on my author page. The first thing I would do if I were setting up a self-education group, I would gather references to post. Links to sites that have valid information on various aspects of poetry. If you would like them I can send you the links that I have in my class, though it covers mostly rhyming poetry there is a wealth of information that can be used universally in any genre.
Hope this helps and if you need any more help let me know and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
S and best of wishes... ~genielassie~ -
