Hey you, where have you been? I haven't seen you around. I really like your user picture, though.
  • Suzanne Dia on November 12, 2006
It's a little bit funny this feeling inside
I'm not one of those who can easily hide
I don't have much money but boy if I did
I'd buy a big house where we both could live

If I was a sculptor, but then again, no
Or a man who makes potions in a travelling show
I know it's not much but it's the best I can do
My gift is my song and this one's for you

And you can tell everybody this is your song
It may be quite simple but now that it's done
    I hope you don't mind
I hope you don't mind that I put down in words
How wonderful life is while you're in the world

I sat on the roof and kicked off the moss
Well a few of the verses well they've got me quite cross
But the sun's been quite kind while I wrote this song
It's for people like you that keep it turned on

So excuse me forgetting but these things I do
You see I've forgotten if they're green or they're blue
Anyway the thing is what I really mean
Yours are the sweetest eyes I've ever seen

How does a person spend 4 hours tinkering with 17 words?

I think I need to go home, lol.

Did you do anything fun for Halloween?
  • ra koroviev on October 30, 2006
actually i wanted to applaud one of your poems but it seems i am too confused right now since i can't find it anymore i can only remember something similar to this :
    "incense and coffee swirl together,
and thicken the air above the spotless cement"

anyway i liked that and from what i recall i liked the title too, something about a gold road... my god, i must sound so retarded now... anyway thanks a lot for your last comment on my little piece (those happy days) and i am looking forward to see more from you ( here or in the Psychedelic Poets Hang Gliding for Head Trips group; actually i will add you to my favorites and i will find that poem of yours sooner or later... ).

    The piercing radiant moon,
    The storming of poor June,
All the life running through her hair,

    Approaching guiding light,
    Our shallow years in fright,
Dreams are made winding through my head,

    Through my head,
    Before you know, Awake,

    Your lives are open wide,
    The V-chip gives them sight,
All the life running through her hair,

    The spiders all in tune,
    The evening of the moon,
Dreams are made winding through my head,

    Through my head,
    Before you know, Awake

    (SOLO)

    Through my head,
    Before you know,
Before you know I will be waiting all awake,

Dreams are made winding through her hair,
Dreams are made winding through her hair.

    "spiders"

Did you write that? I absolutely love the way that sounds. It's strange, yet meaningful. I get it!

I feel a small smile creeping over my face. It's the first in days. Maybe I'm not as alone as I think.

Thank you... You're so sweet to me.

Jesus seems dressed in all the rings
    Of past fatalaties
    So fragile yet so devious
    She continues to see it
    Climatic hands that press
    Her temples in my chest
Enter the night that she came home
    Forever

Oh (She's the only one that makes me soar)

    She is everytihng and more
    The solemn hypnotic
My doll you're bathed in posession
    She is home to me

I get neverous, perversed when I see her to worse
    But the stress is astounding
It's now or never she's coming home
    Forever

Oh (She's the only one that makes me soar)

Hard to say waht caught my attention
    Vixen crazy, Athen Attraction
Call my name in my face, to recognize
Such a fair amount called, to terrorize

I won't let this build up inside of me

    I'm a slave, and I am a master
    No restraints and, unchecked collectors
I exist throught my name, to self ablige
There is something in me, the darkness finds

I won't let this build up inside of me

    SHE ISN'T REAL!
    I CAN'T MAKE HER REAL!
    SHE ISN'T REAL!
    I CAN'T MAKE HER REAL!

(She isn't real, I can't make her real)
(She isn't real, I can't make her real)
