what a beautiful page. i love 'smoke' - it's phenomenal where we can take ourselves via poem, on the fuel of life and love.
-
I love coming into your room... lol.
Mark Strand is great. Have you read Douglas Goetsch? I think you'd like him.
Hope you find time to write more. Miss
your style.

i do love this poem though... there's no point in changing who you are to the core to make people love you.
what a great poem...
-
I am trying to decide between bugging you for a new poem or a new page....
i'll taunt you with my decision when i make it..
-

-
tara.. yeah, yeah yeah.. now he'll never change it!
-
you always have the most interesting art on your page. this one is so....well, mindblowing really...
what are all those little colorful beings?
i like the lightest point in this piece, i love the way it draws my eyes there.
-
dear unsuspecting visitors to al's page...
THERE IS NEW POETRY HERE!!!!!!!!!

i thought i remembered an IM in the recent past that spawned a slight hope of new poetry here.. it was like a soft whispered hope if i remember right... but alas... nothing yet..
going to start a daily, very annoying count on your page..
sort of like Keith Olberman and his countdown of "mission accomplished"... only i won't be balling paper or wearing funny glasses..
-
assuming you never received my earlier message i thought i would leave another requesting some new stuff..
-
i am not trying to picky or nosy or tell you how to conduct your happenings...
but shouldn't there be more new stuff here?...

You touch the senses with your words as a painter with his brush delights the viewer...Keep penning! Will be back again!

Hi AJ. Making my rounds at AP and wanted to stop by and wish you a happy Easter. I enjoy your poems and hope you post more in the future. Take care.

Meh.
I rarely bared my claws for you, my darling, and never /upon/ that I can recall -- memory is foggy imperfect and shouldn't be distilled to fact if at all possible. You were kneaded and purred upon: others felt as the arm of the chair.
I am a rare visitor these days, it's true. I don't write as I used to -- less heartbreak and less time. (Excuses, excuses!) But I do pop in from time to time and it's charms me to be remembered fondly.
Besos, mi amor.

i love 'slow to blue' ...
your poem stirs similar feelings as the picture on your page.

I am in awe of your prolific wordmanship. Bravo!

i love that poem, it makes me smile and it makes me feel sad at the same time. it makes me feel the togetherness and separation of the small party... in the massive loneliness of our human existence as a whole.
i was just here checking for a new poem by you
-
I cant see half the stuff on your page
-
Happy New Year Al. May it bring profit and dreams.

A Canadian AP guest...I will visit again!

I love the sentiment behind this page--the picture brought tears to my eyes, and the quote from Colin Powell is perfect.

I love the page here AJ. I also agree with the quote. For sure, the media is in charge when it comes to Election '08.
Take good care!
Much Love ♥

April Renee : difference between palin and cheney? on September 7, 2008
noticed your authors motto or comment...lol
if he were a movie it'd be Planet of the Apes
and if she were a movie it's be Wag the Dog
equally unbelievable.
or something like that. i had a hard thinking of anything that relates to Cheney that wasn't x-rated...strange, disturbing even.
