awesome...your lastest "prison" entry was really was a punch in the stomach. at first i didn't know that the 'prison' was actually "her" so it was a nice twist to the plot. very clever. i hope you won't stop there, and will keep on sending these wonderful entries. i'm really enjoying them. i LOVE over the top stuff. and you don't really have to flatter me and make me blush, if that's not what you want. in fact, i'd rather tremble and turn white then blush at your kind of poems. thanks again for entering my contest.

Hi there!!! I used to be a QS9000 Lead Auditor, too. I was also the Document Control Coordinator in an Automotive Manufacturing Facility. The economy cost me that job (lay-offs). But, it was for the best, because now I am a Technician, working for Uncle Sam....for more money...LOL!!! Thanks for reading my stuff. I'm new here, and appreciate the warm reception everyone is giving me.

I forgot to say that your explication of It All was extremely sensitive and insightful. I hope that it doesn't ruin the metaphor for you if I tell you that none of the symbolism really came to my mind when I wrote it. It just wrote itself, really. I did appriciate all of the thoughts you had on the poem, and actually, your crit of it made me like it more than I did before. As a general rule, I am never completely happy with my writing, so thank you.
  • Runawaytrain on October 1, 2003
William is my brother’s first name, and my oldest son’s middle name, so it is obviously one of my favorite names.

I really appreciate the preferred membership. Thank you so much. It was very encouraging, and I am honored that my words touched you. I am not trying to illicit sympathy with my poetry. It’s just cheap therapy- LOL.

Today my life is good. I am married with two beautiful boys, and I am going to college.

    Hi Bill.

I just wanted to thank you for the comment you left today. I appreciate everyone's input, but a few souls here really stand out, and you are one of those few, and it always makes me feel special when one of you comments, whether it's with praise or a helpful suggestion. You made me smile, and for that, I thank you.

LMAO, you nailed tht one on my poem , 'tattoo, that is exactly what that poem was about, was wondering if anyone would figure that out, but it wasn't just a stain upon my skin but a stain upon my soul, I had but one stupid tattoo before, a really discreet one, and while I was away searching I decided to get this new one, really it had severeal reasons, but one of the reasons was a stain upon my soul, pretty darn stupid thing to go do ehh? LOL, well it appears one of the other reasons is somewhat involved in my life, and she knows the meaning, but well I had to let you know that you were so hitting the nail upon the head, it was meant ro be a literal interpretaion, LOL, funny how the truth can often lay right in front of you, yet be unseen, anyways, thought you would get a kick out of hitting it like that, I really appreciate the insight too, you really have some good thoughts to express, I hope to see more of you around, anyways, you have a good one,
    sincerely,
    joe
