Hey Joey Bear,

It has been ages since I have talked to you or even seen you around. I hope that you are doing better sweetie. I know things are really hard for you, but I miss talking to one of my best friends.

A few things as side notes, I don't know if I have had the chance to tell you since I wanted to actually tell YOU and not leave it here, but Dustin and I are expecting another baby soon. I wanted you to know.

Also, I was curious if you still have Kazaa Lite? I had to do a system reformat on my computer and lost it and now I can't find it anywhere. You were the one that gave it to me in the fist place and I thought maybe I could get it from you again.

I think of you each day and know you must be busy trying to sort things out. Not a easy job.. i know sweety..
I'm busy here also.. trying to get Jowen back on the mending hand.
He went in for surgery yesterday and now needs to be fitted for a brace to keep his knee stable, while he's away to the Upward bound program for six weeks. Needs to have extended work done on it when he returns. He really messed it up quite bad .. A lot of damage done. Anyway, I Love You my sweetest pea' always! I was just thinking of those special things today that i appreciate about you Joe so much. How much you matter and have made a difference in peoples lives. Can you imagine if your Mom had never had you there ?
I wouldn't want to imagine it. Do you know how many times you have pulled me through a bad day? Countless times Sweety. Sometimes by just knowing you were there. The tinniest things are what matter most. Some situation are taken out of our control and we can no longer plant a garden Joe .. But in those times .. it's that single flower that matters most.

What a nice name is Joey! I am so sorry to hear about your mom. It is a very difficult passage, especially if you were close, and almost all sons and mothers are. My mother died from cancer in 1975. My Dad died from non hodgkins lymphoma in 1971, 23 years before Jackie kennedy died from the same thing. So far as I know I don't have it yet. Yes, Moms are very special and their kind of love is something I am afraid most guys will never know. It is amazing how Mina and you and I are now together in kind of a literary bond, a literary trinity. I find it a very nice thing. OH MY GOD! The name Joey Heatherton just crossed my mind! Are you a chick? Please forgive me sweetie. HEY, I hope your life is blessed with unmeasurable happiness, and your joy increases everyday! Now I must write too Mina and tell her I love her too! In the spirit of course, for love is a happiness, a joy that lives in the heart, huh Joey of joy? Please don't be upset if you find the ramblings of a lonely old 60 year old bachelor kind of off the wall. Lonely people do funny things, and I have been off the wall for a long time now, and I guess I am kind of the local eccentric at times. But you know, you can know a person all their lives and never know what they really think about you, but I believe poetry brings out the best in everyone. Thank you for being kind to me. I am a kind person, underneath all the balderdash.

Hello sweetest one! It's me popping by for some sweetpea tender loving care. After all the mothering and pampering i think Jowen's on the mending road to recovery. Ahhhh.. it was kinda nice spoiling him. ; )Between his friends and school, we haven't spent that much time together in a long while. It was nice to have our Late night chats and act silly together again, Mes just a big ole' kid myself.. you know? Cook his favorite meals and for him to allow me to take care of him again. He's usually so darn independent..

Been thinking of you though and wondering how my other sweetpea half is doing ? I hope lately some of the beautiful memories you and your Mom shared. Out weigh your more recent ones and bring you some sweet sweet smiles sweetheart.

Hi joe,

To my little pink lady's family I was always known as trouble. Not in a bad way though LOL We grow attached to the family as much as the person we have to care for.

As for your photography, if I remember correctly you mam liked photography also right...?? You go get some shots of that sunrise and the sunset as you used to. I know its hard.

Sometimes the happy memories can be as heart breaking as the sad ones.

You keep that smile and save it for remembering.

I just got done reading Mina's poem. I wanted to stop by here and tell you how truly sorry I am for your loss {and you know how much I mean that}

Its funny, but when I seen that your mom died on March 8th, that about made me cry. My dad died last year on Febuary 8th. It was strange how the coincidence of that hit me.

So I guess my dad will have to be the one to show your mom a good time all the way up there in Heaven. My dad was so much fun.

If there is anything I can do for you, anything at all, please just say the word. I mean that Joe.

Take care of yourself as best you can. I'll be thinking of you.

Ahhh yes, i think that poem sums up the beauty, longing, pain and lost we have and are both feeling. Seems the writing bug bit me and i had to have some kind of closure. You know?
