Atheist Martyr on October 10, 2006"Music = ♥...Dashboard Confessional." that's from your profile, located right above from where I'm writing this. I thought you should know. Anyway, you can bash my poetry all you want because I bashed yours. I don't have a problem with that, and I misspoke when I said that you weren't qualified to talk about my shit. We are living in the free world after all.
However, if you want a reason why I don't like that poem, then I'll give one to you. It's not original. It is the same retread bullcrap I've read over and over. I don't like it when people don't put effort into what they're doing. Some of the most simple stuff in the world is beautiful art (I will refer you to '1/1' by Brian Eno). I don't want to say the word "emo" because you'll probably explode on me, saying things like "don't judge me" and all that, like most people with your attitude would. If something is truly heartfelt, then it will be unique and special. It sounds corny, but everyone's feelings are different, and if your a good artist you can show that to people. But the people who write poetry like yours don't even seem to make an effort at that. It's hard to explain, because there are some amature artists out there who do things like everyone else, and that's just because they're finding your way. But you crossed the line into bitch when you started defending yourself in a really violent manner. Excuse me. By the way, saying that your little brother could write better poems then me doesnt hurt my feelings, as I'm sure you meant it to be. So, how about this; why doesn't he write one about hot dogs at the same time I do, so we can compare. There is my reason. Now, give me a reason you don't like mine, and we'll have a nice little argument going on here like this always ends up as. -

I am so glad that you are better now. And 5'8" is not freakishly tall. Have to be that tall to be a model. I am 5'6 and would love to be as tall as you. Peace and blessings to you.
(I lost my mom too. A lot older than you, but it still hurts and I hurt for you losing her at a young age)
