Hi guys,

High time I wrote something about myself. I have been writing for a while now and I love commenting on others' work. Poetry and prose feeds my soul and I love the work of Pablo Neruda and Hafiz. I do have favorites of his work and will upload some of them at a later stage. I love the translations of Daniel Ladinsky though - he chose to take the essence of this poet and translate it into free verse. The beauty and passion is unparalleled then. I am a very spiritual individual and I have grown from Richard Bach to Micheal Roads to Jane Roberts and so many more writers who continually feed my soul.

Music let's see. I love classical music, specifically Beethoven and Mozart with some pieces by Tchaikovsky. His last three symphonies were the best but so incredibly sad as he could not come to terms with his homosexuality and died a very lost soul. He was able to write beauty down but in the end he died in sorrow. This is one of the saddest things I have ever encountered in music. I also love popular music and I have grown to love eastern devotional music. This is something my fiancee has introduced me to and I must admit it feeds my soul. Music is the language of love and I love this. Let it forever play on.

Night Hope - you have amazing talent, and wow can you produce beauty in volumes. Please keep on doing that.

Dragonsong - one of my very best friends. I love you and I love your openness, spirituality, great big heart and your honesty with regards to who you are.

Astral Lady - You are one of the most special people I know. Thank you for just being you.

Zayra Yves - She rocks and she is a great writer.

ordinary days - You are such a great writer. I love your work and it is inspirational to me.

Redwriter - a great friend whom I have not talked to in a while. Please know that I think of you a lot.

Tattboy - da main man - I have so much respect for you friend. You are a man anyone can look up to - no wonder Tattboyspet does with so much loyalty!!!

All the other people here that have me on their favorites - thank you so much. I appreciate the fact that you take the time to read my ramblings.

I am currently going through a phase of inspiration with regards to two things - eroticism and spirituality - I do think these two link and work well together.

Hafiz is one of the poets that mean so much to me and I would like to share a piece of his with you all:

Jewelled poet
priceless muse
insight that comes
from the hearts eyes
The minds ear
inclined to the classics
of Neruda as well
I bet she's an african beauty,
with lions' roar she hears a concerto
with feathered wing
she is set free
to ride the updrafts of warming air
to glide on her words of compassion and caring
inspiration has been laid by this princess we read
her words are the keys to the shackled free

To Dante - my dearest beloved man - I love you so much. Thank you for liberating me and making me look at myself in a whole new light. You have been the catalyst for so many powerful changes. I do hope we stay together for the rest of our lives and for many lifetimes after this one.
