I have always hated to try and describe myself or my life. I never know if I am going to say too much or too little and it usually comes out somewhat awkward. But here it goes....

First and foremost my name is Tammer *and yes I mean T A M M E R, not tammera not tanner... just tammer. lol. And I am happy to say my husband named me! Story goes my biological name was Tammy, my husband always called me Tammer so when we got married more as a joke my name was changed and has now been Tammer for almost 3 years. So I am very proud of my name! I am 32 years old, will be 33 August 31st. I am married to a wonderful man that truly is my best friend... we found each other a little later in life and after a few other marriages between the two of us I think we have found exactly what we were looking for. August 25th we will be married 3 years! He has 5 children/adults. Seth, Kaz, Josh, Angel, and Eian. I have no children of my own, but we are trying to have one together. We have 7 grandchildren currently... one more on the way due July 4th. Very exciting! I live in great ol' Iowa between a few cornfields, well sometimes there are bean fields too.

I have been writing poetry for a long time, since high school. I tend to stop every once in awhile. But it is a passion that I wish I was a little bit better at. I write about a lot of depressing subjects and I tend to put myself into the poem even if it is not really about me or my life. I have had a lot of people comment to me about how sorry such and such has happened, but in reality it is just words I have written, not real life experiences...
I guess I have ran out of room so that is enough about me!
