My Mermaid of the sea
How beautiful you are -
The tridents of the tritons make a phalanx you should fear
And behind them ride the swordfish who can spit you like a spear

She swims at the dead of night,
Ploughing her tail up and down,
-
In between the races where the tide must ebb and flow;
There's a calmer stretch of water where few normal people go. -
Hear the mariner's tale of maidens fair.
Of beauties who live in the oceans deep. -
I went Cave exploring
One day with a friend -
Where the light hits the coral,
In a way that is magical,
