"The Melancholy Never Poem"

        Never is a very long time
         when it comes in daily
             installments.

   It's a new season and it is time to grow out of the cold. I'm realizing that the past year of my life has been an experience that I wouldn't exactly give back, but I don't ever want to have again, either.



  Hello any and all, I'm glad that you came to check out my page. I truly appreciate your interest in my writing and my Me. I hope I can get to know you, and you, me.

   Thank you for coming to visit me. Sadly, I will be away from my computer for a couple of weeks as I am going to be between homes until later this month. No, I won't be homeless or anything. Just staying at a friends until we move into our new place, so my internet access will be intermittent, at best.
   
   You are all so awesome. I am going to be a little lost without my regular visits to this amazing site and I can't wait til I get back. I just won my first contest (for the poem "Of Fish and Bridges") and I am excited because now I have enough points to host a contest. For obvious reasons i will not do this until later in the month, when I will be able to check regularly for the entries.
