Perception, is art, whether in science, language or art; they are all the same. Music, mathematics, and engineering are all art. Humans peer at the world through their senses, trying to respond but our best efforts don’t really come close to truth, at best, if we are lucky we remove a little false perception and leave mankind a little wiser.
I have included a picture of my self, wearing a hat I made for a ski trip. My kids threatened not to be seen with me wearing it but hey, what ever!
Like Feynman said, “What do you care what other people think!”

The specter looms, overarching / a Hieronymus Bosch hell / an oily corpse, leering down / on his kingdom of suffering / He is flanked by two / cherubic gargoyles / forming a ghastly trinity / / His black money drawn from deep wells - The Dolphin at sharepoetry
I saw an old blowout retread sticking up from the road / the grader had rolled it into a gravel pile / it looked like a beached dolphin, waving a flipper / Damn! That guy must of been so pissed / he just left it there to bake in the sun / - On Suffering at sharepoetry
Ten thousand years ago / resting on ten thousand years of death / a sage contemplated twenty thousand years of life / He looked up to see a crying boy / a tear fell from the boy’s cheek / and landed in his palm / / In the center of the tear
