i love chopin and rachmaninov

I am like a walking paroxysm of joy and fear...a paradox of spontaneity and over-analysis. An inferiority complex embellished with a fiery confidence in the way i feel and think. Disenchanted with a potentially predictable, meaningless fate yet so enraptured with life and taken by its mysteries. I have no answers yet still feel a vocation to be human and experience being human in all its dimensions.

How i have come to feel about poetry, or "poetic thoughts" rather: I feel as though my poetic thoughts are definitely an important reflection of myself, the way i think, perceive and feel. They communicate SOME of my life reflections in "word art-compositions" that is different than painting composition or musical. It is supplementary, a process of self discovery, expression, etc. It means worlds if someone i know is interested in reading it, and wants to know this facet of myself...I love to exchange meaningful substantial things, especially in love relationships.

Thank you for liking "Autumn Snow". I wrote it with the fervent hope that someone like you would like it, and it pleases me immensely to know it accomplished its purpose. God bless and best wishes always. I will read one of your poems before my library computer time runs out.
