I'm a fun-loving fella who enjoys life.  I have Cervical Spondylosis, which slows me up when it comes to writing - some days I can't stay at the keyboard for more than an hour.  I try to keep a smile on my face, even when I'm having a pain-filled day.  I like all poetry, and my own style is to keep it simple and easy on the eye.  I believe that poetry should be easily read so it can be enjoyed by all: "What's the point of writing verse if the reader can't understand the meaning?"

I sometimes submit a verse or two for consideration to publishers, and I've been fortunate enough to have some of them published over the last few years.  As for competitions, well, occasionally I'll enter one.

Being new to Allpoetry will take a while to get used to but, I'll get to grips with it eventually!  Finally, I'd like to say 'hi' to everyone on here, and for those of you who leave comments - a big 'thank you' from me.
