SnakewatcherShow poetry

I was an artist until the 6th grade, my dad decided my bottom drawer full of drawings was a fire hazard and burned the lot. I somehow turned to poetry, because I liked to read everything...and the artist part of me was... gone.
So 11 years old I started writing. Songs, poetry, I had my first book of poems stolen in 1973... I didn't start writing again until after Micheal passed away in 1987.
I read somewhere....that you can't be a great writter, be a great artist... unless you have suffered...
Why the name Snakewatcher? (Maybe because the name Nightwatcher was taken I work NIGHTS.
Be gentle with my love, for he lies there...
I lost the love of my life, my breath, my purpose for living...RANDY... July 14 of 2006. He loved frogs,(He kept a Pacman frog for 23 years..Rambo), and loved snakes.
Just because I showed him I could pick up a small snake in the wild, and I bought him a computer because he was disabled and I wanted to give him the world.... I still have the 7 snakes we found on the internet, plus a snake I am fostering, and another frog BUBBA, a African (Pixie) bullfrog... WHO HAS TEETH! Yeah, I got bit..
So I watch our "babies" at night, 3 kings, 2 milks, 2 rats, a shovel nose and the FROG... (For those that know snakes!) Oh, I found out the other night letting the frog out on the floor... Pixies don't hop, they WALK.
In other news... I have seen "sun dogs", taken a picture of my daughter in a rainbow, seen 5 UFO's, watched a "ball lighting" go up a canyon. Ghosts I seen and felt, I fly everywhere, go everywhere, in my dreams, and... sadly... I knew when.... Be thankfull you don't know what is going to happen... I've spent a life time trying to forget... And praying the white light around the dreams I don't want to happen. Thank God he listens, and answers when I need Him!
