my poetry can be depressing dark i have very few poems that aren't depressing or dark sometimes people call my poems emo i'm not sure if they are and i honestly don't care i hate labels for me my writing is an escape for me...i never used to turn to writing cuz i never thought i was good but now that i realize that i am good i write so much more. i used to turn to things that wouldn't even help that didn't relax me and these things i turned to made me even more tense because i would have to be careful but now i am relaxed because of my writing and i don't have to hide anything anymore. I get all my feelings out on paper and it just makes me feel so much better
